The Premeir League is the Best League in the World and the Best League There Is. Other leagues simply don’t measure up.

LAS VEGAS — Here it is. Weekend fixtures are ready as Friday through Monday Premier League action is here and Matchweek 36 is all systems go. There are only theee rounds left in the competition. Where does the time go? MW35 was abysmal and bad business with an 0-3 ledger and misses throughout the portfolio. It’s far too late in the competition to have such a poor result. I must do better. So, I’m back again this week to rejoin the winning ethos — which hopefully is to include — satisfaction of the *Best Bet by Darkseid Sports.*

  • SUN: Has scored 37 goals in 35 league matches.
  • MUN: 3/20 in Goals Scored (63) & 3/20 in GLS/90 (1.71). Man Utd is conceding 1.31 GLS/90 & has conceded 1+ Goal in 29/35 (82.9%) league matches season to-date.

KEY OPINION

This is a play on the fact the data and my interpretation of the situation say both sides will score and concede a goal in this match. The arduous part of this is United conceding. Sunderland doesn’t score much but me thinks it can catch the Red Devils napping, at the Stadium of Light, after MUFC secured UCL credentials in MW35.

MY TAKE

The BTTS Special has seen mixed results thus far but I’m undeterred in my pursuit of delivering winners on the regular. Not sure what I’m supposed to say really regarding my take on The BTTS Special: I think both teams can score a goal in its respective match.

We are going to hit these as the term goes into completion. I won’t be denied, except for all the parlays in this market. The BTTS Special faltered in MW35.

MY TAKE

For the *Best Bet by Darkseid Sports* for MW36, it’s a play on Spurs to do the job inside 90+ and take all three points when it hosts Leeds Monday evening at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in North London. Last week, I said I wanted nothing to do with the Tottenham Circus. I’ve changed my mind. That was then, this is now. The bottom line is Tottenham is the more desperate side. It showed such last week in a big win at Villa Park and it can stack on success Monday. Even though, Spurs have little success at its new stadium, this is a fixture historically it has gotten the best of on home grass. Moreover, if you like Spurs to stay up, which was recently priced at -70 and beyond, this is three points it has to have and, here, it is priced at an affordable -20. Savings matter. So, for all that, TOT M/L (-20) is your *Best Bet by Darkseid Sports* for the Premier League Matchweek 36.

The Darkseid Sports First Cut is a renowned play in the American football portfolio which denotes my top play which didn’t make my final card. It was 6-5 (ATS) pursuant to The 7 Best. It is meant to provide thought-provocation in the realm of overthinking and making wrong final judgements on your cards.

In the build to MW35, I disclosed whether Michael Carrick should be given a full-time appointment…

OFFICIAL POSITION: My take is…there is no take. Imagine thinking this is a decision so simpleton in nature where we do the do si do where all the higher-ups sit down and talk about it and then make a decision. We’re way past that. This has been a Trial by Combat overseen by the Football Gods. There isn’t a decision to make. It will make itself. We all the know the scope of this job. We all know about Michael Carrick’s playing and coaching credentials. Blah blah. Not of that matters. The table makes this choice for us. There’s nothing more to say. IF Manchester United qualifies for the Top Four and Champions League (well I guess this term is Top 5) play then Michael Carrick has *earned* full-time appointment as Manchester United boss. I also firmly believe this isn’t a moment for the club to overhaul its managerial process. Continuity is needed. And most importantly, we know under INEOS Man Utd doesnt have unlimited resources. As we sit here today, the club would be better served spending its time, energy, headspace and resources strengthening the squad. It appears to already have a manager.
Follow the Premier League on X. This is another key points to consider. You have a big match specialist in the building. Don’t overthink or sensationalize it.
In these parts, it has been common knowledge Casemiro has wanted to come to America. He takes his holidays here. I’m told he likes South Florida.
