It’s a play on the visiting Harvard Crimson laying three-and-a-half points when it takes on the Boston University Terriers Saturday afternoon at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. I just feel like this is a very manageable number to work with when I have the better team. Fun fact, this will be the 68 meeting all-time between these programs and first since 2017. Harvard holds the all-time series edge 40-27. Better team on a neutral (in-region) against a regional opponent? I’m down. Play to -4.

It’s a play going over the total, at 146.5 points herein, when the Green Bay Phoenix oppose the Massachusetts Minutemen at the Paradise Jam from the Virgin Islands Sports & Fitness Center in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. My key opinion here is there was way too much steam on the under once the Bookmakers realized they had the 152.5 overnight number wrong. Thing is, this number has been overcooked, so I’ll play Over to 147.

Much like the UWGB/UMASS total, this total has been overcooked as well. Way too much steam to the over. I’ll try the under to 166. Clearly Bookmakers are struggling with totals on the overnight lines…

It’s a play on the San Francisco Dons on a neutral court laying two-and-a-half when it opposes the Minnesota Golden Gophers Saturday afternoon in Sioux Falls. There is some level of concern here with the Dons’ turnover metrics but ultimately I think it has the team defense to win this day. I wouldn’t touch this if it was at Minnesota. Anything under a possession (-3) and I’m in on San Francisco.

MY TAKE
It’s a play going over the total, at 147.5 points herein, when the Nevada Wollfpack host the UCSB Gauchos from the Lawlor Events Center in Reno this evening. I respect Bookmakers. I understand Saturday is a busy day with many sports going. But this number is off and the key metrics, eye test and realtime math reinforce my opinion. Two bad defenses here…It’s an over for me. UCSB – Nevada Over 147.5 is the Top Choice pursuant to the Saturday Super 5 for today’s College Basketball betting board.
